Q: Why can't the drone take off when using the app?

A: If you use the app to take off with a button, you need to use the remote unlock first.

Q: How many batteries come with the drone?

A: On the E1/E1 mini, there is only 1 battery involved and must be recharged. On the E2, there are 2 choices ( 1 Flight Battery or 3 Flight Batteries). Alternatively, you can purchase extra batteries for the E2 in the shop!

On average, it will take 24-72 hours to process and ship out your order. Once shipped, you will receive all tracking info via email notification.
